Our complete business management & accounting system begins with your field service technician from the customer's work order, where the technician creates their own invoice at the customer's door. After the technician has the invoice signed and sent to the customer via fax, email or printed from the truck, the invoice is viewed instantly by the accounting team at the office. A field technician can also accept credit card payment from the invoice using a swipe credit card reader, which is authorized right there. All transactions are assigned account numbers for the General Journal, which is then audited by the accountant and transferred to the General Ledger to create accurate financial statements based on the transactions created in the entire program.
