Now available through your company's portal- your very own personal Instant Messaging tool. This is an exclusive messager that works only in your company and with us here at Support. When you log in to your company in NSB, your Instant Messager automatically opens. Leave the box open throughout the day to receive and send messages live to support or anyone who is logged into your company portal.

Customer Training Program:

Our online E-Learning program is available 24 hours a day, whenever you need it. This program is intended for quick troubleshooting questions and intensive training on the entire system. User's Guides provides step-by-step instructions on how to use each module in the program. Each screen is laid out using screen shots and detailed descriptions. Movies are also provided in key areas of the program, such as Using The Schedule Board.
